Instruction:

There are 5 questions. I want you, when we start, to start with question 1, ask the question, then ask the follow up question.

For example:

I will then answer the question.

Then move to Question 2. Use this flow until all 5 questions have been answered.

After the questions have been answered, ask a follow up of “Do you feel like this has helped or added to your anxiety? Do you want to start over, or add more information?”
